Yanagawa Frozen Foods was founded in October 1972, primarily specializing in Japanese traditional food. We provide products and services with devotion to satisfy every aspect of our customers' needs. The growth and development we have achieved is through pursuing our ultimate goal of contributing to our customers' business and to the local community.
We deeply appreciate the incredible support and cooperation of our partners, which has made it possible for us to achieve our present form through many transitions.
Following the shift from our first president to myself, we are now in our second founding era. Aiming to be a fifty year or seventy year company, we are working to transform ourselves in various ways.
Key elements of this transformation include work style reforms, building of a new factory, establishment of a new refrigerated warehouse, acquisition of HACCP, and starting an exporting business. Instead of the old style of working intensely from morning to night, we are shifting to a good work-life balance between company and personal time, ensuring a good working environment for our employees.
The building of a new factory is another major element of transformation for us. The new factory will be the first step for us to acquire HACCP and to begin an exporting business.
Production began at our new factory in May 2019. As we undertake these major reforms from exterior aspects such as the factory to interior aspects like work styles, we are fully committed to raising our productivity and co-creating together with our customers based on our motto of "determination, innovative creation, safety and assurance." Our aim is to achieve prosperity for tomorrow while contributing to the local community.
